ARTIST BIO
 Born in 1950 and raised on Long Island, NY, Jean Caggiano has been a Colorado resident since 1978. Working with color and composition as a long-time graphic designer has been a tremendous influence, as well as an advantage, to her approach to subject matter and painting style.
ARTIST STATEMENT
For me, painting is as much about problem solving as it is about creating a compelling image. I enjoy shattering the viewers’ confidence in what they see and encouraging them to fall for the wonder and humor of Mother Nature.
